Our approach

Advice, carried through
to implementation.

We help you decide where AI and automation belong in your business, then carry the work through to implementation and training. You get a clear plan, systems built around your firm and people prepared to use them.

The starting point

Make the right
first decision.

You may have a specific process to improve or a broader question about AI. We help turn either into a practical plan for your firm.

Where is it worth starting?
We look at recurring work, the decisions it supports and the information available. Priorities reflect the value to the business, the effort involved and the risk of getting it wrong. You receive a recommended starting point, the groundwork it needs and a way to judge the result.
Can we use what we already have?
We assess your existing systems before recommending new ones. The plan sets out what to keep, what to buy and where something built for your firm would be useful, including the costs and responsibilities that continue after implementation.
What stays with our people?
We identify the work that can run on its own, the work that needs review and the decisions that remain with your team. A leasing report can prepare itself; your team still explains the result. Research can support a valuation; your investment team remains responsible for it.

How we work

Start with the decision.
Build around the business.

Set the priorities

We agree the business objective and the first piece of work. A focused assignment can begin with one recurring report or research process. A wider program sets out a sequence of improvements and the people responsible for each.

Agree what good looks like

The scope, fixed price and schedule are set out in writing, including what we need from your team. We agree how the work will be checked and what constitutes acceptance. Each phase has a clear outcome and a named person to sign it off.

Build and review together

We work alongside your team on agreed days. Real reporting periods, research assignments and daily tasks provide the test. Differences are investigated, the work is refined and your team approves it before relying on it.

Make the work part of the firm

Training uses your people’s own assignments, from preparing a report to reviewing research. We document the definitions, operating instructions and review responsibilities. The engagement is complete when the agreed work is accepted and your team is ready to run it.

Standards for the work

Evidence your team
can examine.

Figures trace to their source records. Research keeps its supporting evidence. Assumptions and missing information are visible to the people reviewing the result.

Reporting is checked against the records behind it. Research is reviewed against its sources and your firm’s standards. In our institutional REIT engagement, the first research package cleared the client’s review and the system remained in use for subsequent companies.

Ownership & continuity

The work stays
with your firm.

Systems and knowledge
You own what we build for you, including the systems, written definitions and documentation. Your people receive the training to use them. Software and data subscriptions remain separate.
Support after handover
We offer ongoing support under a separate agreement. It defines the routine checks, maintenance, team support and response times covered. New projects are scoped separately.
Freedom to continue
Ownership does not depend on a studio subscription. If support ends, your systems, documentation and records remain yours to run with your team or another provider.

Data & responsibility

Your policies
guide the work.

Your firm controls access to its records. We agree any external processing with you, including confidentiality, retention and location requirements. The systems we build never delete your records.

We work within your AI policy and help establish one if needed. The policy sets out what information people may use, which services are approved and where review is required. Your team remains responsible for its decisions.

Security and data

Start a conversation

Discuss an engagement.

Tell us what you want to improve or where you are unsure how to begin. The first conversation and scoping are free; any substantive review or implementation is agreed as a paid engagement.
